Challenge:
The small but mighty team did not have technology that made the plan easy to share among stakeholders. There was no clear or easy way to track progress for each metric & action item in spreadsheet
form.
Solution:
The Strategypoint Customer Success Team uploaded all initiatives, focus areas, action items, & measurables into Strategypoint. The data is now
organized by goal type & due date so they can be used in Council meetings to discuss issues & celebrate progress. Now the team can focus on the items that need the most attention & reward the team leads that are reaching their goals!
Organization Summary:
The Town Council & administration are responsible for delivering services, infrastructure, & business opportunities to its 7,300 residents. The Town approved its 3-year plan that covers everything from business expansion & tourism to education to day-today operations. In all, over 45 major initiatives were identified with hundreds of performance metrics.
