The Story

Challenge:

The Rotary Club of Birmingham completed a detailed strategic plan for 2022 – 2025 published in a PDF document, but did not have a way to track its execution month over month, year over year. In addition, Leadership turns over annually, so three different teams are responsible for implementing the plan. Continuity and accountability were huge challenges.

Solution:

Transition PDF data into Strategypoint’s interactive database so Goals can be assigned, tracked, and discussed during leadership and staff meetings. Now instead of just a written statement, Goals include due dates, measurable targets, owners, and progress tracking.
Organization Summary:

RCB is the largest Rotary Club in North America with over 600 members, and one of the largest in the world. For more than 100 years, RCB has been bringing together civic leaders in the community to learn, exchange ideas, and take action to solve critical community problems in Birmingham and beyond.
